If you’re retrofitting a warehouse or building new, these are the hard numbers and tactics you need to get it right.

POWER: DESIGN FOR PEAK, NOT AVERAGE

AS/RS PLCs can’t tolerate latency. Run dual Cat6a cables in separate conduits. Use ring topology with RSTP failover—no single point of failure.
